Refunds & Returns Policy

At Sport Motors Auto Parts, we strive to ensure every customer receives the correct parts in excellent condition. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in original packaging
  • Not be damaged or modified
  • Include all original components and hardware

Items that have been installed, painted, modified, or used cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed parts
  • Painted or modified parts
  • Special order parts
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Clearance or final sale items

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Local Pickup Returns

Returns for locally picked up items can be brought directly to our warehouse during business hours:
